We are accepting applications for a qualified paralegal. Legal experience is preferred, but not required. Employment history that could bring a complimentary skillset includes banking / wealth management, title processing, court clerk, medical billing, and office management. Critical skills for success here will consist of professional communications, attention to detail, managing priorities, and an ability to work independently.
Job duties will include working on probate matters, preparation and execution of estate planning documents, drafting real estate documents, title research, and maintaining corporate records, along with general client management.
Our firm is located in Ellsworth and each employee has a separate office. There is some capacity to work from home and set flexible hours. Retirement benefits are offered, and wages will be commensurate with experience. The staff is lovely (if we do say so ourselves) and very experienced, providing strong learning opportunities for new employees.
