Clients often benefit from having an attorney facilitate real estate transactions. We can be available to buyers or sellers in residential and commercial transactions, but there are some transactions we cannot facilitate due to documentation requirements. In addition to preparing or reviewing a Purchase and Sale Agreement and representing our clients at the closing, we can also assist with re-titling property, serving as Escrow Agent, making gifts or transfers, dividing a parcel, providing title search services, drafting leases, creating rental agreements, or assisting with refinancing. We regularly advise on liability reduction through corporate entities or trusts as appropriate, and we can work with your accountant to help with tax implications.
